Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
Google Workspace products include apps like Gmail, Google Meet, Google Drive, Doc, Sheets, Slides and more that billions of users choose everyday. They are designed for consumers, teams, and small businesses to do more.
As a Marketing Campaign Business Analyst, you will be a part of the Google Workspace Marketing team, focused on the commercial segment, providing business-critical insights and ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution between marketing and sales. You will remain focused on aligning business goals with effective day-to-day operations across cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Google Workspace Marketing Demand Gen team. You will bring strategic thinking, strong quantitative skills, and sound business judgment to bear on key challenges and opportunities across multiple customer segments. You will be able to pull together data across various dashboards, and draw insights from the data to report on business performance and opportunity areas for growth. You will help prepare and deliver presentations in business review meetings.

Responsibilities
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, across the funnel and various channels.
- Report on business performance and identifying areas of opportunity for growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations in regular business review meetings.
- Partner with Finance and Operations on internal planning processes, including budgeting and target setting.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working in a management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
- Experience with building and delivering presentations to executive internal stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- Experience developing business-to-business go-to-market strategy with an understanding of routes to market, sales and marketing alignment, and channel strategies (e.g., web, social, email, paid media, etc.).
- Experience working with Google Analytics data.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing (Metrics, KPIs, etc.) and scripting languages (Python, R, etc.).
- Understanding of software and cloud computing market, with the ability to synthesize data sets into meaningful insights.
- Ability to drive insights across a broad spectrum of topics and maintain high-quality work.
What we offer
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000-$199,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
