As the Business Analyst, Marketing Applications you will work cross-functionally with business users and technical teams to research, translate, and optimize digital and marketing processes. You will facilitate technical development initiatives from discovery to release including requirement gathering, testing and demos.

How you will contribute to what we do:

• Deep dive into retailer and customer experience use cases with business partners to visualize their needs and deliver on B2C and loyalty program strategy.
• Collaborate on drafting internal documentation that supports the development lifecycle and user adoption, including process flows and training videos.
• Research solution options during vendor/application selection phases.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements, efficiencies, and technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements to actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development team members.
• Facilitate, design, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for product releases.
• Work closely with product owners to keep product backlogs up to date.
• Demo new features and enhancements to the business.
• Troubleshoot application specific user errors that the Help Desk escalates.
• Forge strong relationships with all internal business partners.

About You:

• You have a BS or BA degree from accredited college or university and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
• You have three (3) plus years of experience as a core contributing team member on an agile software development team
• You have two (2) plus years of experience gathering business requirements to formulate product backlogs and delivering enterprise-wide technical solutions.
• You have experience with tools such as Coniq, mParticle, Contentstack, or Netlify
• You thrive in synthesizing requirements into digestible formats.

• You are highly organized and can keep large amounts of notes and tasks in order.
• You have a “curiosity-first” communication approach.
