Business Analyst, Manufacturing - Job Role & Responsibilities

Who We Are Looking For…

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Business Analyst, Manufacturing who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, has a transformational mindset, and can help lead the development, configuration, support, governance, and evolution of a portfolio of manufacturing technologies.

The business analyst is a self-starter who works cross functionally with other IT functions, engineering, operations, and quality to deliver technologies that enable the business to meet their goals and objectives.

System validation, testing, training, and support activities are further tasks related to this position.

What You Will Do…

  • Gain understanding of business needs and requirements by aligning to business objectives and translate into functional specifications
  • Gain an understanding of business processes and develop detailed process, data, and system maps
  • Participate in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of relevant manufacturing technologies based on the functional strategy, business capabilities, and business requirements
  • Provide training and continued support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the tools.
  • Creates training documentation and manual operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language as needed
  • Organize and/or participate in system testing, author validation deliverables when needed, perform formal validation testing to ensure the tool meets functional and performance requirements.
  • Interacts with Business Resources, Project managers, Digital Partners, Solution architects, IT partners, and third party support partners in various time zones.

What You Bring To The Table… (Must Have)

  • 3+ years of working experience in technology space as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain, R&D, or Manufacturing.
  • Associates Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES), SAP ECC, relational databases, and workflows
  • Business Analysis background with tech exposure
  • Fast learner, dynamic and motivated, empathic to end user needs
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work through complex scenarios independently
  • Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, solution deployment, & end user engagement
  • Experience working with/in diverse teams, influencing stakeholders, & other leaders not reporting to her/him
  • Previous experience within a GMP manufacturing facility

If would be great if you have… (Nice to Have)

  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
  • Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
  • Strong program management and project management skills.
  • Understanding of Aveva products (specifically MES)
  • Six Sigma certification

  • Average of 25% travel to manufacturing facilities based on project needs.

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$61,800-$97,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
