Business Analyst, Manufacturing - Job Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Collecting, evaluating, validating, and synthesizing data from surveys and client data sources.
  • Develop the message and content from the data for various deliverables, e.g., client deliverables, dashboards, industry presentations and market studies.
  • Communication and collaboration with clients and internal team members on survey findings and custom analyses.
  • Perform data analytics utilizing our proprietary database and other internal data sources.
  • Reading and conducting financial analyses for client companies and OEMs.
  • Project manage quarterly survey timing and deliverables and conducting ad-hoc topical surveys.
  • Creating output documents, utilizing Power B.I., Excel and PowerPoint formats.
  • Occasional overnight travel, 20%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
  • 4-7 years in manufacturing with data analytics or consulting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results within strict timelines.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $80,000 to $133,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
