Job Description & Responsibilities
Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a motivated Logistics System Business Analyst to join our dynamic Supply Chain Transportation team. As a Logistics System Business Analyst you will be responsible for documenting, researching and analyzing current Logistics Operating Systems globally. This position is responsible for identifying vulnerabilities in processes and systems to devise solutions for improvement. You will work collaboratively with department leaders and cross functional partners to deliver and execute within the Logistics Operating Systems .

- Perform analysis and data research on Logistics systems to identify opportunities.
- Identify failure points and follow through on resolutions to ensure business continuity.
- Create and maintain training and Standard Operating procedure documentation on all Logistics systems.
- Assists in configurations, and revisions within Transportation Management Systems master settings and other related Transportation systems.
- Oversee testing and maintenance of transportation related software programs. This includes testing and coordinating meetings for new and existing functionality.
- Work across Transportation umbrella to eliminate redundancies in processes and systems and improve efficiency.
- Design, develop and establish KPIs to provide insights into Logistics operating software.
- Communicate insights to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Work with system, carrier, and customer representatives on transportation related issues on DTC and Retail shipments. Propose solutions based on system functionality.
- Facilitate meetings with various key partners from multiple business areas as well as external clients. Discuss process improvements and determine best solution. Develop timelines and plans to implement solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the Transportation financial team to review areas of freight improvement, and system budgets.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics planning or related fields.
- Bachelors Degree preferred in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Industrial Engineering, or related field or equivalent years of work-related experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Previous knowledge of automated DC Systems and Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management (WMoS) preferred.
What we offer
The annual base salary range is $55000 - $65000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
