Job Description & Responsibilities
We are in search of a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on data entry, quality assurance, and documentation of key processes. You will work on process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate overall operational performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Process Improvement:
- Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems and databases.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Perform quality checks to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
Process Documentation:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document key processes.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Data Analysis:
- Assist in data collection and analysis from various sources.
- Help extract valuable insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and maintain data accuracy.
Data Governance:
- Establish and enforce data governance standards and policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data integrity and security.
- Maintain compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
Requirements
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems and databases.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Perform quality checks to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry, quality assurance, or related roles.
