Job Description & Responsibilities
A Business Analyst, IT Performance Management role is a critical position that supports the Performance Management in the Strategic Management IT domain with the capability to measure the performance of the Business Technology Solutions (BTS) division, including functional, process and operational aspects.
The candidate will have an important responsibility to ensure that BTS and its key services are effective and efficient by tracking and monitoring strategic and significant operational initiatives. This means managing IT Balanced Scorecards and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) from CEO-level to functional levels, and key performance indicators (KPI’s). This role will also have a considerable opportunity to grow in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), process improvement initiatives, and strategic management.
A successful candidate will have strong data and business analytical skills, cooperative work ethic and style, and solid organizational skills.
Required - Hybrid (Local To Southern California)
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
- Defines business process requirements, research alternatives, prepares presentations, drives solutions, gains consensus, tests to confirm, and implements solutions for a specific business need.
- Analyzes and gathers requirements from stakeholders to develop and implement solutions and provide alternative solutions.
- Provides informal training as part of implementation process. May provide formal training and support directly to stakeholders.
- Working with stakeholders and SMEs, creates documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Generate and create reports; research and analyze data and report trends to management/ business partners.
- Build dashboards such as PowerBI and manage organization tools such as Microsoft Viva Goals.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- 2+ years of work experience, preferably in project management, technology, finance, and data analytics.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Knowledge, SKILLS, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Analytical skills to determine performance trends and providing observations of problems and recommend creative and effective solutions
- Ability to analyze a situation, interview, formulate questions, and probe for deeper knowledge/ understanding
- Data management skills
- Basic knowledge of general business, technology delivery, operations environment and general cost benefit awareness
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Standard MS skill sets
What we offer
Pay Range: $62,568 - $104,280 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
