Job Description & Responsibilities
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a MM Project and Innovation Business Analyst for JBS Global Procurement that reports onsite at the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining maintenance parts, operating supplies, ingredients, packaging and products in varying stages of production
- Oversee the analyst admin and assign projects as needed
- Mass changing of material information
- Miscellaneous projects and tasks as needed
- Creating and running queries for report purposes
- Strict adherence to master data governance through training of plant personnel and maintenance in SAP
- Maintaining material consistencies of areas of such as profit centers, load groups, material groups, purchasing group, etc.
- A good understanding of the overall needs and expectations of Procurement, Marketing, and R&D, as well as other areas of the company
- Willing to learn the business side of the company
- Filling in for MM, MIS, and VM as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Data cleansing and S4 testing as needed
- Implementing Migrate Your Data
- Maintenance of IPS including rules, BOTs, plant data, and testing
- Create and host training and videos for requesters, plant people, procurement, etc
- Build and continue relationships with requesters, IT, Procurement, and other we work with
- On Call as needed for projects and go lives
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm manner
- Organized with emails and data
- Ability to multitask
- Friendly customer service is a must
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, concatenate, reports)
- Ability to make decisions when needs arise
- Able to problem solve when necessary
- Self-starter and leader
- Ability to work extended hours for testing and go lives
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.
What we offer
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $55,000-$60,000; and
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
