Job Description & Responsibilities
Join our team of innovation business analysts and partner with the Air Force to develop transformational technology solutions for the Air Force human capital enterprise ICF seeks a motivated individual to join our interdisciplinary team that provides vital functions for millions of Air Force retirees. the viability of technology solutions in a range of areas such as IT service management, Robotic Process Automation and software such as UiPath, SalesForce, ServiceNow, Power BI, etc. Develop prototype solutions, collect data, and package information to facilitate evidence-based decisions. Be a part of the client’s agile development process and work hand in hand with developers, business owners, military staff and help build the future of Air Force human capital. This role will be based onsite in Aurora, CO.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize business analysis expertise to engage with customers and development team members to translate business requirements into user stories as part of an agile team.
- Guide development of proof of concepts, simulated user functionality, and prototypes candidate technologies by engaging with software development team.
- Conduct research and gain basic familiarity with candidate solutions for automation and business process improvement to support client requirements development (e.g., ServiceNow, SalesForce, etc.)
- Proactively support and promote Agile practices and foster a culture of innovation.
- Package research and findings into evidence-based courses of action and recommendations for the client.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in a business analyst role, capturing requirements related to internal/external customers, documenting, and mapping current business process.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries
- US Citizenship required by federal contract
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Master’s Degree in relevant business or human capital domain.
- Demonstrated propensity for continual learning, development, and professional growth.
- Experience creating user stories and working with software developers to create technical specifications in an agile environment.
- Experience developing user stories for a current software priority for the client (current tech stack includes but is not limited to UiPath, SalesForce, ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle).

There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$75,157.00 - $127,767.00
