Business Analyst, GTM - Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office at least three days a week (Tuesday - Thursday). We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!

As a Revenue Operations Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will analyze sales processes, gather requirements, and contribute to the development of strategies and solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements.
  • Document and prioritize business and functional requirements.
  • Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor Sales KPIs and performance.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders using data visualization tools.
  • Assist in revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis and performance tracking.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and issue resolution.
  • Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders and project teams.
  • Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Business Analyst, GTM - Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or relevant work experience
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferable in a sales setting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques including Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc
  • Strong knowledge of the sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper, enrichment tools, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with forecasting models, tools and processes.
  • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools, project management strategies, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Knowledge of Python, Javascript, or similar programming languages.
  • Ability to document data models, business processes and visual workflows.

Base salaries for this role range from $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
