Job Description & Responsibilities
In this unique role you’ll be the Business Analyst for the Digital Banking GTM organization of the Western Union.
Role Responsibilities
- Highly skilled (Excel, Power BI, BO SQL, Python) and motivated Business Data Analyst to join our digital bank team.
- Good expertise in any Web Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Amplitude. Responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to uncover valuable insights trat drive strategic decision-making and improve the overall customer experience, marketing optimization.
- Collect, clean, and integrate data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with Digital Banking Leadership, CRM, Marketing, Data, New Product Development, Operations, Systems and other functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations for product and service enhancements.
Requirements
Role Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in a relevant field with minimum 3+ years of experience in Excel, Power BI, BO SQL, Python tools. Experience in analyzing large and complex datasets.
- Excellent Excel, Power BI, BO SQL, Python skills. Highly organized, attentive to details and customer centric.
- Analytical skills, ability to work with Excel, Power BI, BO SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with key business and marketing performance metrics.
- Deep understanding of models and tools to support data analysis, reporting, and predictive modeling.
- Excellent Excel, Power BI, BO SQL, Python skills. Highly organized, attentive to details and customer centric.
What we offer
The annual gross base salary range is $65,000-$108,000. Incentives align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
