Job Description & Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As part of the Global Tax and Customs (GTC) team, you will drive key critical initiatives to enable business outcomes. You will lead a portfolio of projects that will ensure effective and timely delivery while handling the risks across the initiatives. As a business lead, you will identify the business impacts, detail the business requirements, and manage the testing execution and successful implementation of the desired business outcomes.
In addition, you will effectively communicate between partners and cross functional teams. You will participate in helping to run the program costs, maintain the relationship with IT, and the core business domain experts.
This is an exciting role that will help drive overall business success and the next generation of business capabilities for the Global Tax and Customs organization.
Who You'll Work With
You will represent the Global Tax and Customs team and will have the opportunity to partner with Cisco internal organizations. You will work across the Finance, Supply Chain, Services, and IT organizations to drive business processes and enable key business outcomes. This role will interact with all levels of the organization.
Requirements
Who You Are
You are a business analyst with experience managing projects and programs that include business applications implementations. You have knowledge and experience in Customs and additional Finance experience from your previous roles. You have led or worked on programs that implement IT solutions and delivery value for the business.
Requirements for this role:
- B.S. in Business Management or related degree
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management
- 3+ years of experience in Customs and Logistics which includes knowledge of Valuation, Country of Origin, Classification, and Customs brokerage
- Experience and knowledge working on customs related projects involving business applications
- Project Management and Business Analyst experience managing, working on multi-functional initiatives
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills - including written and oral communication
- PMP certification desired and/or experience applying Agile Methodology
- Experience with Oracle ERP or related ERP applications

Base salary
$84,100/yr - $112,100/yr
