Job Description & Responsibilities
Vibrant is seeking a Fintech Business Analyst to administer its Sage Intacct tenant. This position will provide technical support and administration as well as recommendations for configuration options/feature enhancements.
Duties/Responsibilities
Sage Intacct Administration
- In conjunction with our external support partner, configure and maintain our Sage Intacct tenant
- Review ongoing updates and new features available in Sage Intacct to streamline processes
- Examine efficiencies in automation, setup, change orders, and requests
- Ensure data sharing and transparency for data owned by finance between HR and IT
- Record all API and SFTP Integrations and which business processes they impact
- Serve as SME for all Sage Intacct training, administration, and configuration
- Account maintenance as needed
Collaboration with 3rd party support for Sage Intacct
- Creates test plans
- End-to-End Testing
- Data Validation
- Functional Testing
- Integration Testing
General administrative support
- Create financial reports
- Support audit requests
- Assist with process design for disbursement, procurement, and payroll functions
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong understanding of Sage Intacct features and functionality
- Experience working with integrations
- Proven analytical abilities
- Experience generating process diagrams, requirements documentation, and reports
- Experience with implementing large-scale technology projects
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Basic Understanding of Finance or Accounting related roles
- Basic knowledge of Financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow analysis)
Required Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or 5 years equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience working with Sage Intacct
What we offer
Salary Range: $78,000 - $90,000
