About Our Company
Green House is an integrated creative engagement agency that cultivates and grows quantifiable, results-driven creativity. Unified by purpose, values and our proprietary Cultiv8 process, we grow it forward! We believe that brands are built through the application of art and science, our creative ‘green’ and our strategic ‘house’. A carefully constructed blend of individual creative thinking and strategic, commercially based rigor.
Found in every Cultivator at Green House is this duality of both art and science. We know that bringing the right measure of both to our work is the key to a thriving culture, and ultimately, powerful creative brand engagements.
Job Description & Responsibilities
Join Green House as a Hybrid Finance Manager & Business Analyst!
At Green House, we’re more than just a creative marketing agency—we’re a team with 20 years of history growing purpose-driven brands. From hyper-local to national (and even global) communities, we believe in cultivating meaningful, lasting relationships through our work, with a portfolio rooted in the beverage industry (from Alc to Non-Alc) and beyond.
We’re on a mission to lead the way into a Greener Age of Creativity, powered by authentic human experiences. And we’re looking for a Finance Manager with a business analyst mindset to join us on this journey.
The Role
As our Finance Manager, you won’t just oversee financials—you’ll be the bridge between financial management and business strategy. We need someone who can dig into the numbers, ask smart questions, and build scalable systems from the ground up. Sound like you?
This is a permanent role with the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to make a major impact within an organization that collaborates with global brands like Coca Cola, Jack Daniels, and C4.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the preparation and consolidation of BVAs (Budget vs Actuals)
- Manage and monitor budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations
- Build scalable systems that can grow with the company, starting from the ground up
- Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies that align with business objectives
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis that drives business decisions
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
- Manage cash flow and prepare forecasts to keep our business thriving
Requirements
Why You?
We’re looking for someone who’s not only great with numbers, but also curious and ready to scale systems from scratch. Someone who’s as comfortable diving into data as they are leading the charge in building scalable solutions that will grow with us.
If You’re Someone Who Can
- Spot patterns in data and use that to drive strategy,
- Build out financial systems that are sustainable and efficient, and
- Lead from the front, with a collaborative spirit,
…then we want to hear from you!
Skills You’ll Need
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or something related (Master’s preferred)
- Excel wizardry (Macros, automation, and all the tricks to make processes scalable)
- Experience building databases and scaling financial systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (like NetSuite) is a big plus
- Solid experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
