Job Description & Responsibilities
We have a brilliant opportunity for a Finance Business Analyst to join our Commercial Finance Team based out of our Herndon, VA office – this would be a perfect development opportunity if you have some experience in a similar role.
You will have ownership of carrying out all sales analytics, playing a pivotal role to provide insights, identifying trends and opportunities, and producing accurate reporting dashboards for the US Sales Team.
This exciting role would be a blank canvas in which the right candidate could have a real chance to shape it with their vision of making a lasting impact to finance at BSI.
Requirements
About You
- Strong technical skillset in the use of PowerBI, Salesforce and Excel is essential.
- Previous direct experience in a Sales or Finance Analysis position with financial reconciliation and sales reporting.
- Familiar with preparing and submitting budget, forecast and Strategic Plan through EPM for Support Functions.
- Confident stakeholder engagement in being the “go to” person for cancelling sales opportunities, reconciliation, and validating sales numbers.
- Familiar with supporting various activities for month-end close.
- Solid time management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and a team player.
- A self-starter who thrives in using your initiative.

The salary for this position can range from $82,000 to $93,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
