Raketech is quickly establishing itself as one of the leading affiliates and performance marketing company's in the US iGaming market. To spearhead the continued growth, we are looking for a passionate Business Analyst. The successful candidate will turn unstructured data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

The Business Analyst role provides the US Organization with support in tracking and analyzing KPIs, trends and operational performance. The role involves gathering and analyzing user data, revenue information and using those to provide insights on the portfolio performance. Strong numerical skills, curiosity and a strong sense of perseverance are key requirements for success in this role.

As Business Analyst you are expected to...

• Use business intelligent tools such as Power BI and other data analysis tools to provide insight into product and team performance.
• Be able to proactively recommend KPIs that either directly improve product performance or indirectly promote positive behavior in teams.
• Project manage all US Organization initiatives and track action points across periods.
• Perform weekly check-ins with Commercial Product Directors and POs on product performance.
• Work with the BI/Data team to ensure that prioritization on data sources, technology and coverage are aligned with operational needs.

Success in this role means...

• Use data from numerous sources, structure the data sets to gain insights and to help the business make important business decisions.
• US Organization initiatives are all followed up and closed with corresponding conclusions.
• Commercial Product Directors and POs have a range of KPIs that demonstrate product's performance.
• The US Organization management team has a common set of dashboards to track business performance.
• Key KPIs can be tracked independently of the Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of business fundamentals and processes, as well as a solid mathematical foundation
• Experience with business intelligence and data analytics tools and advanced knowledge Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to produce clearly written and effective documentation
• Ability to create management presentations and deliver important messages to the US leadership.
• Possesses innate curiosity and strong eagerness to learn
• Proven working experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role would be an asset
