Job Description & Responsibilities
Business Analyst will work with a variety of stakeholders to analyze and define business requirements and processes for both products and programs. They will assist in writing product specifications, will create and execute against the project plan, and will proactively mitigate risks. The Business Analyst should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-organizationally.
This role is remote and can be located in any US state, except for Hawaii.
How you'll contribute to the team
- Prioritize requirements and define scope to meet market needs in a timely manner given available resources
- Develop, maintain, and distribute (as appropriate) standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new products and services, including implementation plan, project schedule, project budget and variances, issues and action items log, meeting minutes, and risk assessments
- Partner with internal and external development teams to deliver on time and with the quality required
Requirements
Your skills and approach
- 5+ years of project management experience, with the proven capability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing products and solving problems; change management, agile, and/or merger and acquisition (M&A) project management experience preferred
- Technically savvy and able to ramp up on new technologies quickly
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Expertise engaging with a wide range of audiences from end user to senior management.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to multitask within competing priorities, program schedules, and business needs.
- Strong business analysis and insight capability; strong meeting/presentation skills
What we offer
The salary range for this role is $85,000-$125,000/year. Actual salary will be determined based upon relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
