Job Description & Responsibilities
As a key member of the Marketing Technology Services team, the Technical Business Analyst enhances our e-commerce capabilities using our Sitecore platform. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, ideal for someone adept at linking marketing strategies to technical implementations. The successful candidate will meticulously gather and analyze requirements, oversee system enhancements, and ensure our e-commerce solutions align with broader business goals. Working closely with Marketing and employing Agile methodologies, this role is crucial in delivering technology solutions that boost our market presence and customer engagement.

Requirements
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3+ year’s experience as a Technical Business Analyst in e-commerce and digital marketing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, and/or 5+ years equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Angular.js.
- Content Management Systems (CMS) SiteCore strongly preferred
- Security best practices: SSL certificates, PCI DSS compliance, etc.
- Project management tools: Azure Devops, Jira, Trello, etc.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
The preferred candidate has experience in the following.
- Travel sector experience.
- Strong understanding of Sitecore CMS.
- Flexibility and adaptability in changing circumstances.
- SEO principles for optimizing product pages.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Database management: SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle.
- Data analysis tools: Excel, Google Analytics, etc.
TECHNICAL SKILLS PREFERRED
- API integration for third-party services.
- Quality Assurance (QA) testing, including automated testing.
- Azure DevOps for project management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Version control systems like Git Hub.
- Familiarization with technical documentation tools such as Swagger and Wiki’s
