Job Description & Responsibilities
Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc. is recruiting for a Business Analyst remote anywhere within the United States!
The Business Analyst will provide comprehensive support across multiple disciplines across the SC Standards and Solutions organization which is a part of the Global Sites & SC Services Organization. This candidate will enjoy being an integral part of a multifaceted, fast-paced and exciting team environment where multiple ambitious demands are the norm and the standards of performance are high.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Closely partner with internal stakeholder throughout the Strategic Business Life-Cycle enabling robust business planning (i.e. BP, JU, LRFP, NU)
- Assist with the governance, monitoring, and training of J&J Standards Program
- Support the development and implementation of a Service Performance and Measures across a multitude of J&J GS&SCS Services Areas on a monthly/quarterly cycle.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of an overall Service Maturity Model and measurement process to continuously monitor overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive and proactive business analytics in support of risk trends, driving business insights through active data mining of supply chain operations.
- Continuously strive for service excellence through continuous improvement opportunities
- Actively participate in driving efficiency, operational capability, and other sources of Global Site and Supply Chain improvements across the broader organization.
- Collaborate with cross functional business partners to highlight areas of potential opportunity or value.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor Degree strongly preferred with a focus in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar from an accredited college/university.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- A minimum of 2 years of general business experience
- Experience in a global and matrixed team environment, interfacing with a diverse group of people and situations while supporting executives and their teams, is required.
- Experience developing and deploying standard guidelines, training, tools and best practices.
- Experience maintaining monthly and quarterly financial, portfolio, and performance metric reporting is required.
- This position requires outstanding customer service skills, ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, and the ability to work with independence and minimal direction.
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
- Experiencing querying data from internal systems and translating the results into useful analysis.
- Ability to collaborated with business partners to drive improvements.
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is require

- This position may require travel up to 10%
- The salary for this position is anticipated to be between $75,000 to $110,000

- Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
