The Impact You Will Have
We are seeking a Business Analyst to qnalyze global LoB portfolio and ensure KPI reporting, steering, monitoring and Nat Cat controlling (if applicable). Support LoB form and rate filings and overall regulatory governance. Research LoB market trends and maintain data quality and accuracy. Carry out LoB reviews with Finance and work on reinsurance management.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
- Implement and maintain Global LoB reporting framework
- Maintain global data quality and accuracy
- Compile, analyze, and interpret information from both internal and external sources
- Support LoB Business Planning, LoB target setting and treaty RI planning on a global level (if applicable)
- Quantitative LoB Unterwriting Framework
- Support global development and implementation of Line Size, Budget, Deductible, Limits and minimum premium strategy for the LoB (quantitative part)
- Reinsurance Analysis and reporting
- Analysis of LoB Reinsurance in cooperation with AGCS Reinsurance
- Participate in strategic LoB-wide projects and initiatives by providing support and/or coordinating activities
- Provide Sub LoB specific data analysis and support to underwriters and Product Leaders
Requirements
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- 3-5 years experience International Underwriting P&C Business and/or Actuarial and/or Reinsurance and/or Finance
- 3-5 years experience in understanding of relevant technical and financial analysis of industrial underwriting cases
- 1-3 years experience in successful track of working in complex matrix environments, project experience
- 1-3 years experience of working internationally with good ability for cross border adaption
- 1-3 years experience in strong analytical, numerical and adaptive problem solving skills, using logical and methodological approach
- Degree in Business Administration / Mathematics / Statistics / Finance and/or Actuarial background
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, SQL and Access Database applications
- High level of organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative leadership
What we offer
The annualized base pay range for this role is $55,745 - $95,451. The annual base salary range represents nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
