The Collaboration & Productivity team works hard to provide our internal employees with information, tools, and support throughout their careers at Apple. We focus on building productivity and collaboration tools, and provide information, training, and support needed to use those tools effectively. Using data to drive end user efficiency, our eclectic team manages clients, provides internal services, builds applications, and acts as the voice of IS&T to the company. The IS&T Business Analyst is responsible for provide operational and logistical support for Global Training programs. This role is key to the support of training, and evaluation of training offerings, data, and Learning Management System management and maintenance. The ideal candidate possesses a strong customer focus, exceptional communication and organizational skills!
- Lead training-related logistics including: training schedules, request workflow, classrooms, evaluations, communications, learner support, and reports
- Ability to learn, and manage business budgets
- Work effectively with multi-functional teams to coordinate training sessions and events
- Support projects by handling deliverables and communication between various business groups
- Act as Learning Management System (LMS) administrator, including: data entry, reporting, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Ability to lead various forms of training in various LMS’, and content management system
- Be able to test infrastructure that supports training - LMS, and customer facing sites
- Support the global training team by assisting with training material reviews, asset Management
- Manage global training communications for promotions, events, surveys, etc.
- Create, organize, and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and metrics in alignment with the data program. In addition to assessing global training data, identify trends and patterns, and providing significant input
- Ability to create and update documentation for various processes
Requirements
Key Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a professional environment and in an administrative, coordinator, analyst or operations capacity
- Expertise in iWork, macOS, and iOS is plus
- Experience with reporting tools, such as Business Objects or Tableau is plus
- Experience with survey tools, such as Key Survey, Survey Monkey, Qualtrics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task effectively while meeting project deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail, diligence, and thoroughness
- Extremely strong teamwork ethic and customer success focus
Education & Experience
- Bachelors in Educational Technology, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
Additional Requirements
- Variable hours
- Weekend, holiday and on-call work required at times
- Travel up to 25% required
What we offer
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $97,700 and $147,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
