Job Description & Responsibilities
ICF is looking for a mid-level Business Analyst with systems knowledge to support an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) project on the Strategy and Business Solutions Support Contract. If you are looking for an opportunity to help inform and direct IT investment decisions and develop architectural targets and standards for a client, then this is the job for you. This position will work remotely for a Federal client in Arlington, VA.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing support and technical guidance for the EPM project.
- Assisting the team in performing an analysis of alternatives to determine options for the EPM replacement that will be in alignment with FDIC’s technology stack and technical ecosystem.
- Working with the project team to develop and implement a business architecture strategy based on situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations.
- Assisting the team in recommending and applying a structured business architecture approach and methodology for the capture and creation of key views of the enterprise.
- Assisting the team manage the tactical and strategic enterprise goals ensuring traceability.
- Identifying best practices, documenting and assessing performance measurements, and identifying business process and technology solutions to streamline processes.
- Assisting the team lead group facilitation sessions, interviews, and other activities to elicit information from stakeholders.
- Documenting and managing business and systems level requirements for the EPM project;
- Conducting knowledge transfer of scope, requirements, and other analyses to program and project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions to client areas.
- Employing industry standard tools to manage requirements, perform configuration management, and develop models to support requirements management and/or business modeling activities.
Requirements
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a business analyst.
- US Citizenship (required by Federal Government).
- The ability to obtain a Public Trust, which involves a thorough background and financial investigation.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, orComputer Science.
- Strong communications, facilitation, interview, formal document writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the areas of business process management, business relationship management, risk management, and security.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio).
- Ability to work with senior management.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support.
- Knowledge and experience with recognizing structural issues and the ability to recommend improvements within an organization, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies.
- Knowledge and experience using model-based representations and other modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of maturing and maintaining business architecture programs within an organization.
- Knowledge of how to integrate business architecture with other enterprise architecture domains (e.g., data architecture, application architecture, etc.).
- Knowledge of Federal IT services models and frameworks to support the project team to meet client requirements.

What we offer
Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$76,848.00 - $130,642.00
