What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key information and KPIs.
• Design, develop, and implement BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into supply chain performance.
• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business objectives. Develop and implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automated processes seamlessly.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Generate regular reports to communicate findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather input and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Proactively identify issues and bottlenecks within the supply chain and propose solutions.
• Responding with urgency to high priority requests from senior business leaders
• Retrieving and analyzing data using Excel, Tableau, SQL and other data management systems.

What You’ll Bring

• 5-10 years’ experience working as an analyst in a CPG organization (Supply Chain, Finance preferred)
• Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization best practices.
• High level of MS Excel proficiency is required.
• Experience in MS Access, SQL, R, or Python.
• Professional, yet personable demeanor, friendly presence and helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills; abstract thinking encouraged.
• Work responsibly with or without direct supervision.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to lead with a positive attitude.
• A passion for pop culture is highly desirable.
