Job Description & Responsibilities
Bessemer Trust is seeking a Digital Business Analyst, who will work closely with business partners to deliver Bessemer’s digital client experience vision. Candidates must have experience delivering websites and mobile apps, by translating vision into requirements and user stories, collaborating with developers, and executing tests. We support a hybrid work schedule that is up to 40% remote.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of Bessemer's business as well as expertise of our systems, workflows, data structure and culture
- Participate in the creation of project estimates and plans
- Partner with colleagues and clients to determine and document requirements based on external and internal research, current and proposed business workflows
- Facilitate large meetings and design sessions. Evaluate information from multiple sources and determine appropriate priority/resolution.
- Creatively propose unique requirements and solutions
- Prototype to represent requirement information in various visual formats to accompany documentation
- Collaborate with developers and partner with QA to design and test solutions throughout agile projects
- Communicate information effectively, from project initiation through training and rollout, to technical colleagues, business partners and management
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience creating user stories and executing tests on an agile team
- Understanding of financial data and wealth management services
- Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Experience with data analysis, SQL, business process design, and Jira a plus
- Certified Scrum Master a plus
What we offer
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$175,000. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
In addition, this position may be eligible for a discretionary incentive based bonus based on individual and company performance.
