E15 is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual committed to developing custom scalable business intelligence products to tackle our clients’ and operators’ most pressing business challenges. This role will focus on understanding business requirements, translating requirements into data capture, visualization, data analytics products, managing client and stakeholder relationships.

Success as a Business Analyst on our Data Products team requires a combination of analytical, client-oriented, and project management skill sets, as well as an understanding of data visualization best practices. The ideal candidate has previous experience with project management and gathering business requirements through client and stakeholder interviews. Additionally, this role requires a person who can learn, adapt, problem-solve, and communicate at a very high level.

Core Responsibilities

• Work with internal stakeholders and client teams to understand business requirements for data capture and data visualization
• Translate business requirements into scalable products for enterprise solutions
• Design, develop, and support data capture, data visualization and reporting products
• Collaborate with data engineering team and developers to ensure technical data requirements are met independently own and manage all project-related communications among both internal stakeholders and client teams
• Execute on projects in a highly proactive and agile way, inclusive of documentation, status reporting, adherence to timelines and quality control standards
• Interact with clients on a day-to-day basis to provide thought leadership and proactively address needs

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of Business Intelligence or Business Analytics experience, preferably in a client-facing role
• 2+ years of hands on experience with enterprise class systems
• Exceptional knowledge of data visualization best practices and trends
• Experience with SQL preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
