Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for a collaborative Business Analyst to engage with Account Executives, Clients, and internal teams. The role involves leading discussions to gather business requirements from external clients and internal stakeholders.

- Understanding business processes, gaps, and challenges and converting that knowledge into effective and efficient solutions. Your goal is to foster and share best practices with the team.
- Maintaining working relationships with client and internal business and technical contacts in support of ongoing operational effectiveness.
- Participating in business requirements discussions, closely work with Business Owners, Product Managers/Owners, Technology and external clients.
- Documenting functional and non-functional requirements, diagramming, and acceptance criteria.
- Mapping and documenting current and future state process flows
- Assessing completed tasks, extract key insights, and refine procedures based on project outcomes.

- Requirements
- Have a deep understanding of the role and excellent skills in requirements documentation. Additionally, they should show significant expertise as a business analyst or in leave of absence management.
- 2-4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles, with a background in requirements documentation and diagramming.
- Experience in Absence & Disability, HR Industry, Benefit Programs, and/or Health Insurance Technology Solutions
- Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe methodology).
- Experience with Data Analytics and Reporting Suite (Power BI, Tableau, or similar toolsets).
- Have a track record of delivering detailed requirements for projects of high complexity. Also, in leading business transformation or automation.
- Have completed a Bachelor's program in a technical discipline or have relevant work experience.
- Experience with Value Stream Design, Six Sigma and Lean Business Practices.

Salary Pay Range
$46,200 - $73,300 USD
