About the role~ As a Business Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to create a feasible implementation roadmap for our best-in-class products that will define the world of fintech. You’ll be working as part of the Application Production Support Break/Fix team and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.
About The Team
- The Application production Support team that you will be part of Maintains & Supports a FIS product called OPF
- OPF stands for Open Payment Framework and there are multiple standard applications with in OPF for the day-to-day banking functionalities as ACH, Wires, XCT and RTP
- We have a customer base of over 20+ banks that we support in production for OPF
What You Will Be Doing
- Delivering working product increments to our clients, on time, on budget and according to the best quality standards
- Working with product management, project management stakeholders, peers and teams to define and prioritize the product backlog for your team
- Engaging in discussions with Client, Product and Project teams on the enhancements, new functionalities being developed and delivered such that we review their impact to the ongoing Maintenance and Support activities from the Application Support Team
- Driving improvements in solution design, analysis and testing activities
Requirements
What You Will Need
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
- Knowledge in General Banking and Transaction Processing
- Proficiency in industry-standard process methodologies
- A bachelor’s in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent experience

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $65,440.00 - $106,660.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
