Job Description & Responsibilities
The Commercial Business Analyst is a hands-on, team resource providing super user CRM support across the Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support functions. This role will provide training, create reports and dashboards, and perform troubleshooting with end users. The incumbent will also serve as the main point of contact for the Imaging business for training new CRM feature releases, user acceptance testing, and enhancement requests. The role will work closely with the Sales, Technical Support, Customer Service, and Marketing departments in order to improve customer facing processes and enable effective reporting. The Commercial Business Analyst will assist users and encourage adoption across both the Commercial and Service hubs of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Serves as 1st Level support for North America CRM users in Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support departments
- Responsible for the collection and documentation of enhancement (change) requests from users
- Develops ad-hoc reports and dashboards as requested by user groups and stakeholders
- Responsible for onboarding of new CRM users as well as continual training for existing users (including related support materials)
- Acts as a liaison between business end users and the Customer Intelligence team
- Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- BA or BS degree or combination of education and work experience or 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in lieu of education
- Experience supporting CRM systems in Customer Service, Sales or Marketing including Funnel Management and Case Management
Preferred Skills

- Working knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 Mobile App, Dynamics 365 Field Service, MDM, Power Apps, Microsoft Excel and other associated Microsoft office applications

At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
