Sales Data Management and PBI Dashboard Management

• Maintains enterprise sales data integrity by collaborating with BU Commex teams. Connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence
• Designing and implementing data systems and processes to efficiently store and retrieve data, and monitoring data quality and data integrity. Utilize advance level calculations on the data set
• Power BI development and administration. Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI
• Quickly demonstrate understanding of business use cases and implications of various data structures and visualization options

Account Performance Reporting

• Streamline and automate monthly sales reporting process and maintain it with BU BI teams
• Be liaison with BU BI teams and drive the formation of reporting dashboards for accounts to capture key metrics
• Support EA Commex Head for routine leadership review decks and account performance decks

Analytics and Insights

• Drive data analytics for insights that could enable and empower sales team decision making and actions, such as sales history, drivers, market penetration by sales and by locations
• Collaborating with sales team to understand data needs and provide relevant information

Sales Effectiveness and Forecast

• Support RMDx EA Commex Head to set goals for sales team, and track and monitor performance

Preferred Quality

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 to 2 years of direct experience using Power BI as an enterprise reporting solution. Experience with Power Apps, including integration with Power BI. Should be familiar and experienced in SQL
