We are looking to hire a talented, eager, and skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst assists with building and maintaining various reporting obligations and to grow with the company as it expands existing operations and develops new lines of business. This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Provide client specific reporting as required
• Maintain and improve several complex Excel workbooks
• Assist with HCP reporting obligations as needed
• Maintain and update process manuals and related materials for training purposes
• Provide guidance and advice to management via detailed data and financial analysis
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
• Assist with other related tasks at a small but quickly growing company

The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge:

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong familiarity with financial analysis
• Database experience a plus
• Experience with data privacy, integrity, and compliance
