Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a talented, eager, and skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst assists with building and maintaining various reporting obligations and to grow with the company as it expands existing operations and develops new lines of business. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Provide client specific reporting as required
- Maintain and improve several complex Excel workbooks
- Assist with HCP reporting obligations as needed
- Maintain and update process manuals and related materials for training purposes
- Provide guidance and advice to management via detailed data and financial analysis
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
- Assist with other related tasks at a small but quickly growing company
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge:
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong familiarity with financial analysis
- Database experience a plus
- Experience with data privacy, integrity, and compliance
The ideal candidate will have the following competencies and qualities:
- Very strong Excel skills
- Self-driven and ability to work independently
- Strong deductive problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and the ability to track and manage key dates/deadlines
- Well organized with an ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Engaging, collaborative manner with both co-workers and clients
- Timely, professional, courteous communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment
