To help in this endeavor, we’re searching for an experienced data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization. Additionally, this person should be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-oriented reports that drive innovation and growth.

Your Impact:

• Develop, implement, and maintain analytical processes, leveraging extensive data sets to provide senior leadership with robust and reliable reports and analysis
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets
• Contribute materially to cross-functional projects with business units, operations, business development and finance to develop insights, dashboards and reports, including reporting required by carrier partners
• Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization; Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
• Identify, collate, validate and organize data inputs required for reporting; Proactively manage data inputs, maintain and expand data sources, and continually improve quality of reports and dashboards
• Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships; Work closely with management to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
• Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from multiple sources, and implement efficiencies to improve scalability and flexibility of data evaluations

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics
• 1-3 years of related experience in a professional corporate environment
• Proficiency with IMS or other agency management system
• Proficiency with Snowflake or other database management tools; Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
• Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
• Proven analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization; Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools.
