Job Description & Responsibilities
The Business Analyst role will be responsible for managing our internal process compliance program, leading process improvement initiatives, preparing, analyzing and maintaining expense financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks are diverse in scope and can vary depending on the priorities of the organization. We are seeking an individual who is flexible and can respond quickly, energetically, and enthusiastically to changes of direction and priorities.
Preference will be given to candidates located within commutable distance of Rocklin, CA
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare analysis and reports of financial and operational performance measures and indicators
- Design, develop and maintain data visualizations to describe and communicate data insights
- Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits of processes
- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes to increase operational efficiency
- Prepare monthly/quarterly flux analysis for relevant balance sheet accounts
- Compile quarterly expense summary reports to key business partners
- Assist with facilitating the integration of newly acquired company 3rd party agreements into the organization, as needed.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years relevant work experience
- General accounting knowledge
- Great attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present ideas and information clearly and confidently
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate personal impact, flexibility, drive, and commitment
- Passion and motivation to learn new technologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
PREFERRED:
- BA/BS college degree
- Proficiency with Oracle Analytics Desktop
