Job Description & Responsibilities
IT powers our company to save and improve lives. Within our Company IT, the IT Strategy Realization team’s purpose is to lead value-driven outcomes and accelerate how we transform IT. ITSR does this by delivering on six core capabilities: IT Strategy, IT Value Management, IT Product Management, Talent Enablement, IT Communications & Change Management, and IT Continuous Improvement.
The Specialist, Product/Business Analyst is an entry-level role within IT Strategy Realization. This individual will support the analysis of business needs and assist in the development of digital and technology solutions. The Specialist will report to the Associate Director of Product/Business Analyst and will contribute to the achievement of our Company's IT Strategy goals.
A Partial List Of Responsibilities Includes The Following
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Perform basic analysis of existing business processes.
- Support the design and development of digital and technology solutions.
- Conduct research to gather information on industry trends and best practices.
- Assist in project management tasks such as timeline tracking and resource coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry developments.
- Support the execution of training programs for stakeholders.
Limited travel may be required.
Requirements
Education Minimum Requirement
- High School Diploma required.
Required Experience And Skills
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field (internships and entry-level positions can be counted).
- Basic understanding of business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience And Skills
- Interest in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience with business process modeling.
- Experience with developing user stories.
- Experience with user-centric design.
- Understanding of organizational change management principles.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
- Experience working within a product organization.
What we offer
Expected Salary Range
$66,080.00 - $104,100.00
