Job Description & Responsibilities
The Northeast Region has an exciting career opportunity for a Business Analyst in Shelton, Connecticut. This position reports, analyzes, and interprets financial and business data to guide decision-making, progress, and results. This position supports on-site guarding operations in meeting business targets set to achieve profitability by participating in the development, execution, and support of an annual business plan, budget, and controls.
Requirements
This position is ideal for candidates who are willing and able to be physically present daily at the region office. This mid-level position is ideal for candidates who have at least 3 years of related experience. Advanced educational achievements, e.g., degree(s), certificate(s) are also helpful and preferred.

Compensation:
This full-time W-2 position provides an annual salary within the range of $80,000 to $85,000, comprehensive benefits for both self and qualifying dependents, paid time off, 401K with company matching, employee discounts, internal and external developmental opportunities, and more.
