Job Description & Responsibilities
The Business Analyst is responsible for business analysis, sales reporting including forecast compiling with sales team, PL analysis as well as will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. The Business Analyst will also be involved in identifying areas of process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Specific Responsibilities
- Owns the responsibility for sales analytics and reporting (i.e., daily reports, product reports, FSI reports, monthly sales reports, group reporting per customer etc.).
- Analyzes various financial information to improve profitability and realize yearly profit budget.
- Develops and maintains a systematic reporting on business development and new business using metrics compared to targets (i.e., # and $ value of proposals won and lost).
- Generate and maintain Daily sales report.
- Uses business process improvement techniques to identify, analyze, and improve upon existing business processes to standardize and eliminate processes that achieve optimization and higher standards of quality.
- Manages SharePoint for sales processes; utilizes technology and process development techniques to evaluate, test, and implement the tools that will benefit the Sales team as a whole; stays abreast on new tools and methodologies to ensure the Company maintains a competitive edge in the marketplace.
- Manages and maintains the monthly Sales shipment report including Forecast.
- Support and create Daily profit/loss statement with related parties and analyze it on a regular basis.
- Create and maintain margin analysis report on a monthly basis.
- Support the preparation for Board meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience
- Accounting-related degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in accounting or costing background preferred.
- Excellent problem solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced excel skills.
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit/stand for prolonged periods.
- Ability to move and lift-up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to reach and bend.
Travel Required
- Less than 90%
What we offer
Salary Range
$68,000.00 - $78,000.00 Salary
