Job Description & Responsibilities
Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving business decisions through robust data analytics and insights.
Responsibilities
- Provide invaluable insights for decision-making through robust data analytics
- Develop and distribute regular and ad hoc reports to track business goals and achievements
- Craft actionable dashboards and deliver impactful insights using Business Intelligence tools like Power BI
- Lead initiatives to enhance service systems and tools, fostering continuous improvement
- Collaborate with diverse teams to drive operational initiatives aimed at delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across business systems, including coordinating with external vendors for ERP system updates
Requirements
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in service operations, project management, analytics, business analysis, consulting, or operations
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook); experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred; MBA is a plus
- Some travel required (2-3 nights/quarter)
