Job Description & Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Analyze and document user stories and acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain user flow diagrams and other visual representations of system functionality
- Work with developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on features and functionalities
- Track project progress and identify and mitigate risks
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Requirements
What we prefer you to bring:
- An understanding of Agile methodologies
- Collaboration, communication, and listening skills
- Analytical and visionary approach
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience using Scrum, Gitlab, or similar software
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
What you must bring:
- 1+ years of experience in a product designer, business analyst, or similar role
