ERG is seeking Business Analysts to join our Digital Solutions team.
Job Description
Collaborate with team members and clients to support the development of web applications and data visualization tools
Complete assigned tasks following an agile development framework, support development sprints, and use tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress and maintain technical documentation
Gather and document requirements and business processes to support product design and planning
Create test plans and test cases
Perform manual software testing and execute automated test cases
Become familiar with socioeconomic and environmental datasets and federal environmental programs
Analyze, summarize, and interpret environmental data and scientific results
Actively participate in agile/scrum team ceremonies and status meetings with clients
Requirements
Qualifications And Skills
- BS/MS in information technology, health or environmental science, or related interdisciplinary majors or related fields (e.g., mathematics, science, engineering)
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to pass a public trust-level background investigation as part of the credentialing process to work for our federal clients
- Ability to work independently to accomplish assigned work in a timely manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet various project demands
- Demonstrates curiosity and embraces continuous learning, including proficiency in mastering new skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with an Agile software development approach
- Certified ScrumMaster or similar certification
- Experience with writing automated test cases using Selenium, SoapUI, or other software
- Experience with Qlik, Tableau, or other data visualization software
What we offer
$58,000 - $90,000 a year

The salary range for all positions depends on the years and type of experience.
