The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with Milliman SkySail Consultants to complete analyses and reports using SkySail’s industry-leading software along with other computer programs. A key part of this role will be working to support our clients’ efforts in all thing’s pharmacy pricing. You will work closely with the Business Development and Pricing teams as well as the Software Developer group to help meet all clients’ needs and further improve the tool. This individual will report to the Senior Pharmacy Benefits Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete repricing exercises using Skysail’s Analytics platform.
• Generate quarterly pricing reporting for clients.
• Work with IT team to help test new additions to the platform.
• Help Account team answer questions and present reporting to clients.
• Track, research, adjudicate, review, and respond to customer and/or external inquiries.
• Perform ongoing reporting to clients as needed.
• Produce ad-hoc analyses as needed.
• Query data and help design reporting.
• Produce recurring SQL/Excel reporting and QA for internal team members and external clients as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Handle confidential and proprietary materials.

Minimum Requirements

• Two years of work experience in PBM, Pharmacy Industry, and/or related field OR a Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Math, Science, or IT related fields
• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
