Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our Customer Operations and Support team. You will compile, review, and analyze data to propose solutions for improving business operations and processes. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technological solutions, your role is vital in maximizing the benefits our customers gain from our products while reducing inefficiencies in business operations.
What You'll Do
- Acting as a liaison between teams, vendors, business users, tenants, and technical teams, to analyze data and business processes, identifying opportunities and efficiencies.
- Analyzing data to draw conclusions and determine how data can influence the product or process.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to design solutions that address business needs and align with tenant and business goals.
- Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements, process, and progress.
- Supporting change management by assisting in training, user adoption, and communication strategies for new processes or systems.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and innovative solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills to identify root causes of business challenges and recommend viable solutions.
- Leveraging available resources to make data-driven decisions that enhance critical customer experiences and establish effective business processes.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support, business analyst or a data analytics role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel)
- Familiarity with business process tools and methodologies.

What we offer
Starting Salary Based on Experience
$55,000—$85,000 USD
