Job Description & Responsibilities
The Business Analyst on the LINK Data Platform team is a fundamental role in LINK’s pursuit of building a best-in-class data platform, which in turn empowers the revolutionizing of the company’s product suites and resulting business and reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Driving product teams to define, clarify and capture their business requirements that result in data needs -- capturing and communicating those out to product owners and engineering managers
- Working with Solution Architects and lead Data Platform leads to define how product solutions will fit into the larger enterprise architecture and data flows
- Partnering with data architects and developers to relay requirements, track delivery, and ensure data and product requirements are met
- Tracking overall project goals while delivering features in an agile fashion
- Engaging with senior business leaders to report on solution progress against project deadlines
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field with passion for technology or related experience
- Demonstrated interest in business, enterprise data systems, institutional finance/private equity, and real estate
- 3-10 years relevant experience in business analysis, product management, software engineering, or related roles
- Experience with Agile methodologies (like Scrum and Kanban) and JIRA experience preferred
- Proficiency with data analysis and data profiling using SQL
- Fluency in data transformation modelling principles
- Experienced in working with engineering and cross functional teams to deliver digital products
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
- Experience in Salesforce, Workday, Yardi, DBT, Fivetran, or Snowflake preferred
What we offer
$110,000 - $120,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
