Job Description & Responsibilities
As a key member of the Retail IT Team this role will support multiple project workflows to ensure that project deliverables are well defined and reflect the needs of our Business Partners. This role will work cross-functionally and support the Retail business as needed.
What you will do:
- Acting as a Liaison between IT, Business Stakeholders and the System Integrator to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Facilitation of requirements validation through interviews, existing documentation analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, and business process workflow modeling.
- Proactive communication and collaboration with external and internal stakeholders to develop: Business Requirements Documentation and Mapping, Process Flows, Use Cases, Report Design, Test Plans, Defect / Enhancement tracking, User Reference.
- Working independently with stakeholders, as well as under the direction of Technical Business Analysts, System Integrator, Solution Delivery Managers and Project Managers.
- Producing deliverables according to standard templates appropriate for project.
- Collaboration with Developers, System Integrator and Subject Matter Experts to establish the operational vision and to perform a gap analysis.
- Assist in user acceptance testing, test planning, development of test cases and test execution management to ensure alignment with original requirements.
- Support CLM Replacement project and execute other job duties as required.
Requirements
What you will bring:
- College degree from a recognized university or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 2-5 years’ experience in IT application requirements gathering and validation.
- Competent and proficient understanding of enterprise technology platforms.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with expert fluency in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Previous project experience.
- Knowledge and experience with Business Process modeling tools and techniques.
- Understanding of the IT Life Cycle and Agile project management architectures.
- Proven capability and experience with broad initiatives across multiple business areas.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, knowledge and understanding of Contract Management Platform use and Field Usage and Training Delivery is considered an asset.
What we offer
Salary Range $77,600 - 106,700 annually. This range is estimated for a Business Analyst, IT Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
