Job Description & Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by analyzing and presenting sales data, developing innovative ways to view and represent data, collaborating on item number creation, coordinating with internal partners on sample management, and contributing to best-in-class supply chain processes.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and present weekly sales reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop size/color reports to optimize customer service for future programs
- Innovate ways to present data to stakeholders
- Collaborate on item number creation and manage related documentation before shipments
- Coordinate sample management, including item retention and delivery
- Offer outbound shipment reports to the FAM team, flagging potential issues
- Coordinate with Pod Supply Chain Manager to track significant events ensuring timely shipments
- Report weekly on OTIF metrics, pinpointing areas of improvement
- Actively participate and contribute to POD Supply Chain meetings
- Propose new ideas for reporting enhancement and process improvement
- Handle other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Retail Marketing, Finance, Engineering or 4+ years of experience in club supply chain/replenishment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Skills
- 5+ years of customer-facing supply chain experience, preferably in apparel or home categories
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI
- Familiarity with Retail Link, OMS, Nova, and Madrid
- Capability to leverage data for customer and brand insights
