Job Description & Responsibilities
Ametros is adding to its business analysis team as our company grows and we become more data driven. This role will be responsible for answering questions from leaders across all departments of the business and help drive more informed decisions. They will be primarily responsible for responding to reporting requests, monitoring processes, documenting issues, and helping create new reporting from our data warehouse and Power BI. This role will have high visibility across the organization and has the ability to choose their own path in a growing company based on their personal development goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with requests from our sales and operations teams on client reports and presentations.
- Help non-technical users navigate BI reporting and self-serve they data they need.
- Help our operations and marketing teams track and improve their processes. Show the value of recent changes from our member’s and client’s perspectives.
- Research utilization patterns of our members and identify where communications and outreach are needed.
- Investigate data issues, document findings, and work with owners to have them resolved.
- Build and update BI reports to provide fast answers to common questions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver projects and results within tight timelines
- Interested in “figuring out” solutions to problems, and a positive, self-directed attitude
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, SQL, or similar analytical software.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, economics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role
- Demonstrable use of a Business Intelligence software including query scripting, schema management, and/or dashboard design
- Prior exposure to a CRM system, Python, SAS, and other big data and machine learning tools.
