Job Description & Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from operational and financial data.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics.
Process Optimization and Planning:
- Support capacity planning and forecasting leveraging BI solutions
- Evaluate operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Provide analytical support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business/Finance Analyst or similar role with a focus on operational analysis, resource management, and metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cloud based analytical software (Looker, Power BI)
- Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 / annually
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
