3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets. This new Health Care Company will be a leading global diversified health technology company with:

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Role
As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, assessing performance, and providing insights to support key business decisions for Channel/Distribution and Executive teams. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Analyze and develop sales performance metrics, trends, and forecasts.
- Aid various teams in drawing insight from data and focus on business-facing analytics, predictive modeling, forecasting, and models.
- Prepare comprehensive reports/dashboards, highlighting key insights and recommendations for management.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor industry trends, market changes, and economic indicators to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Requirements
Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND five (5) years of experience in the healthcare industry in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years of experience in the healthcare industry in a private, public, government or military environment
AND
In addition to the above requirements experience with the following are also required:
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques.
- Visualization tools, including Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Knowledge of Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- R, Python, SQL and/or other related programming language is required.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Statistics from an accredited institution
- Previous experience analyzing data in the healthcare/durable medical equipment industry
- Previous experience analyzing supply chain data
- Project management software experience, such as Jira.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
