Job Description & Responsibilities
Location: This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate must live within 50 miles of our Elevance Health PulsePoint location listed in the requisition.
Work hours: M-F normal business hours.
Business Analyst III is responsible for managing the performance of the university enrollment system. Responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into application software.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Creating school demonstrations (such as finalist presentations).
- Act as an external liaison to students and clients.
- Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
- Determines specific business application software requirements and implement to address complex business needs.
- Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit.
- Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing for enhancements.
- Acts as a resource to users of the software and sales account management to address questions/issues.
- May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Requires 5% travel.
Preferred Capabilities, Skills And Experiences
- Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
- Strong communications preferred.
What we offer
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $72,576 to $124,416
