We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. You will also be involved in gathering and documenting requirements, conducting user training, and providing ongoing support to our Product & Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements
• Analyze and document existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new processes, system integrations and tools
• Support product management in data analysis and dashboard creation
• Assist in the development of product roadmaps and strategies
• Stay up-to-date with tooling best practices and updates to ensure the efficient use of tools and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the SaaS industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Aha!, Tableau and MS Suite (Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics and KPIs
