- Leading the work group into new opportunities by analyzing and identifying key data driven insights, and turning those insights into action
- Supporting the team by providing recommendations based on key findings and trends from weekly, monthly, and seasonal programs
- Collaborating directly with the customer on external market conditions, trends, and opportunities for share growth
- Implementing, managing, and maintaining reporting templates that allow for quick data-mining and report generation in response to adhoc requests from the business through Power BI
- Helping to identify opportunities for growth that align to the team’s operational and strategic business plans
- Maintaining our standardized business reports, develop new reports and capabilities as our categories and businesses evolve and publish key performance metrics and scorecards for both internal and external sharing
- Provides strategic input in the creation and execution of annual business growth plans for all 3M businesses sold into the assigned customer to achieve sales goals
- Working with sales, shopper marketing, internal business units, area portfolio leaders, manufacturing, and supply chain to manage inventory and sales operational excellence
- Maintaining accurate and timely sales forecasts of sales, sales reductions, and promotional funding to management team
Requirements
Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Two (2) years of experience in a sales, business analyst, or account management role in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Proficient business acumen to include working with pricing, customer profitability, and financial impact of business decisions on distribution
- Knowledge of retail, online and B to B operations.
- Knowledge and application of Business Analysis methodologies.
Travel: May include up to 15% domestic
Relocation: May be authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $82,370 - $100,675, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
