Job Description & Responsibilities
This position will report to Sales and Distribution Analytics Manager, supporting the Sales and Distribution team. The position will combine business knowledge and analytical skills, work closely with regional leadership, Profit Center leadership, IT and Accounting, for Sales and Distribution growth objectives.
- Data analysis: Gather, reconcile, interrogate and analyze data across multiple platforms, both internally and externally to prepare periodic performance reports. Ability to work with, analyze, and understand large amounts of data.
- Sales Initiatives analysis support: Leverage internal reports/data, and external resources to support senior business development managers for any sales initiatives/campaigns/events.
- Broker analysis: Prepare premium analysis and submission trend analysis reports for broker meetings.
- Special one - time analysis projects.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics area, major in Risk Management, Insurance, Actuarial Science preferred.
- MS Office Proficient, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups and complex functions/formulas.
- Experience with Power BI or any other visualization tool, analytical programming skill is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets: experience and training: licensure and certifications: and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $69,700-$85,000
